Physiotherapy in Thunder Bay
Welcome to Active Rehabilitation & Fitness, Thunder Bay’s leader in Physiotherapy
Hey there, thanks for stopping by! Active Rehabilitation and Fitness is a private, locally-owned and operated physiotherapy clinic, specializing in physiotherapy, kinesiology, personal fitness, and occupational and vocational services. For nearly 20 years we’ve been dedicated to helping people in Thunder Bay live life free from pain and injury. We live local, we operate local, we treat local.
Every day across Canada people suffer needlessly from pain, injury or impaired motion. Many learn to live with it but that fact is you never really feel, well, yourself. But guess what? It doesn’t have to be that way…
At Active Rehabilitation & Fitness, we believe pain is unique to every individual -– just as not two clients are the alike, neither are their symptoms. And that’s why a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy just doesn’t work.
Using a one-on-one, client-centred approach, we begin by assessing you holistically then work with you to discover the root causes of your problem. Once we have determined the source of your discomfort we put together a personalized course of therapy designed to teach you the most effective techniques for recovery, pain relief, injury prevention and improved physical movement.
Simply put, our goal is to make you move better and feel better than when you walked in the door. So choose a pain-free life and put yourself in our capable hands – we’ll get you back to being you.
